Universal Language is an absurdist triptych of interconnected stories set in an alternate reality Winnipeg which is now culturally Iranian. Playing on the themes of the film, I adapted an old map of Winnipeg to give it Farsi translations and created a ‘path’ following all the interconnected stories.
