In 2020, The Projector began brewing its own custom beers, each themed after films, and in typical Projector fashion, it had to come in a pun.

The Grand Brewdapest was inspired by the Wes Anderson film The Grand Budapest Hotel. The design was also used to create Totebags for The Projector.
